PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizer-resistant multilayered foamed decorative material consistituted so that a plasticizer is scarcely transferred into a foamed resin layer from a plasticizer-containing material upon the contact with a plasticizer-containing material such as a soft vinyl chloride resin product or the like, the foamed resin layer is not plasticized and a blocking phenomenon with the plasticizer-containing material is not generated. SOLUTION: At least the uppermost foamed resin layer 22 among the multilayered foamed resin layers 2 (21 and 22) provided on a substrate 1 is preferably constituted of an ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer type aqueous emulsion resin containing a thermoplastic synthetic resin, which contains a 7C or less monomer as a main component, as an effective component and containing 50 wt.% or more of a toluene insoluble component.
