PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical film excellent in processability, adhesivenss and scratch resistance and also excellent in weatherability. SOLUTION: The laminated film is obtained by providing a coating film layer on at least one surface of a substrate layer. The substrate layer comprises a polyester film formed by a continuous film forming method and contains an ultraviolet absorber. The laminated film is characterized in that light transmissivity at 370 nm is 3% or less, a haze is 3% or less, a refractive index in thickness direction is 1.490-1.505, a heat shrinkage factor at 150°C is 2% or less in both of a film continuous forming direction and the direction vertical thereto is 2% or less and the center line surface roughness Ra of the surface on the side provided with the coating layer is 1-10 nm.
