PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the yield decreases as the number of nozzles increases. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head comprises a plurality of channel units 1 and 1 each formed by laminating a nozzle plate 13 provided with nozzles 15 for ejecting liquid drops, a channel plate 11 for forming liquid chambers 16 communicating with the nozzles 15, and a deformable diaphragm 12 forming the wall face of the liquid chamber 16, a piezoelectric element 21 for deforming the diaphragm 12, and actuator units 2 and 2 including one substrate 22 for securing the piezoelectric element 21 wherein the plurality of channel units 1 and 1 and the actuator units 2 and 2 are secured integrally by means of one frame member 3.
