PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculus treatment apparatus capable of crushing even a large calculus in a short time to discharge the same from the body. SOLUTION: First and second probes different in calculus crushing capacity are arranged coaxially to constitute an integral single calculus treatment apparatus and the proper calculus crushing treatment corresponding to the state of a calculus is treated by the calculus treatment apparatus without replacing a probe.
