A method of indicating the state of events in a process, each event requiring the completion by a user of at least one data entry field in an event screen displayed on display means of a computer, the method comprising: detecting for each event whether or not the data entry fields of the event screen associated with that event have been completed, and storing an associated validity status; changing the appearance of a visual indicator displayed on that screen from a first appearance indicating that the data entry fields have not been completed to a second appearance indicating that the data entry fields have been completed; displaying on a common screen visual representations of the validity statuses associated with a plurality of said event screens to visually indicate the state of events in the process. |
