The trainer consists of an upside-down triangular body born moveable in two side holders fastened to a platform. The triangular body is detachable, is flexibly connected to the platform and has side carrier handles. The feet of a person sitting e.g. at a computer, etc. are placed on the support surface, to generate forward and backward variable tilting movement of the triangular body.
