There are provided a light emitting diode with an adhesive layer and its manufacturing method. An adhesive layer is employed to adhere a light emitting diode laminate to a transparent substrate, wherein the each of the upper and lower surfaces of the adhesive layer is provided with an active layer to prevent the adhesive layer form peeling, so that light can be emitted through the emitting area of the transparent substrate, thereby increasing the brightness of the light emitting diode.
