<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire where an optical fiber is not required and an emission section is integrated with an irradiation section. <P>SOLUTION: In the luminaire L consisting of the emission section 8 comprising a light emitting diode 1a and an optical system section 9 allowing light from the emission section 8 to enter for guiding to the outside, the optical system section 9 comprises a collimate lens 2 for allowing light from the emission section 8 to enter and radiating nearly parallel light; a condenser lens 3 for condensing light radiated from the collimate lens 2; and a light guide section 5 for guiding the light condensed by the condenser lens 3 to the outside. Then, the emission section 8 and the optical system section 9 are fitted to a pedestal section 1 and a body section 6, respectively, and the pedestal section 1 and the body section 6 are connected so that the clearance between the light emitting diode 1a and the collimate lens 2 can be adjusted, thus achieving the luminaire L without requiring any optical fibers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
