PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a transmission code to a sector of a base station to be a preparation target when a delay profile is prepared in the position measurement of a terminal.

SOLUTION: The radio position measurement method is characterized in that the transmission code to the sector of the base station to be the preparation target of the delay profile is selected (242), on the basis of the position of the base station and directions of respective antennas of the base station forming each sector (230). The number of the base stations located differently from each other is increased since the delay profile is prepared by taking the directions of the antennas into consideration in a situation in which the number of the delay profiles to be prepared is limited. As a result, positioning accuracy is improved.
