<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device which can effectively treat a lumbago. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply device generates an output regulated to a predetermined value at output terminals t1 and t2 via a power switch SW1, an autotransformer and a transformer T1. Electrodes are respectively connected to the terminals t1 and t2. Current for treating the lumbago flows by providing the electrodes. It is limited that the current more than predetermined may not flow from a point of safety. If output current beyond a set value or more flows, a system clock reference D1 turns on, and a relay is energized.
