<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically suppress voids between laminated optical disk substrates when supplying adhesive liquid to the optical disk substrates or laminating the optical disk substrates. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for laminating optical disk substrates, two optical disk substrates are piled up via an adhesive and the adhesive is cured. The adhesive is supplied in a ring to one of the two optical disk substrates, and the adhesive is not supplied to the other of the two optical disk substrates. The two optical disk substrates are stuck together via the adhesive while applying an electric field between the two plate-shaped objects, and after that, the two optical disk substrates are rotated to be subjected to spin processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
