<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metallic sheet having a desired characteristics and a temperature controlling device by setting the operation of a cooling device and the rolling speed of a finish rolling equipment on the basis of a set cooling condition before a cooling stage. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature of a steel sheet in the tip part of the steel sheet 1 measured with a thermometer 7 provided on the outlet side of a rolling equipment 5, and the steel sheet information such as the specific heat (c), the density (ρ), the thickness (h) of the steel sheet 1, the device information such as a cooling unit length (L) and the rolling information such as rolling speed (V) are fetched through a communication part 15 from a process computer 18 and stored in a storage part 12 such as a RAM for recording the information with the temperature controlling device 10. On the basis of the cooling conditions including a plurality of the temperatures of the steel sheets after completing finish rolling which are beforehand inputted in the storage part 12 from the input part 13 such as a key board and stored in the storage part 12, the operation or the un-operation of the cooling unit and the rolling speed of the finish rolling device 2 are decided by an arithmetic part 11, outputted to an output part 14 such as a monitor and also the opening/closing of a cooling valve of the cooling unit and the rotational speed of the motor for the rolling roll are set through the communication part 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
