PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster information confirming system by which various kinds of information can be efficiently confirmed in case of a disaster.

SOLUTION: This disaster information confirming system 10 is provided with a unit 101 for obtaining information to identify an area where a disaster broke out in case of the disaster; a unit 102 for transmitting to a victim terminal 20 registration request information for prompting a victim present in the obtained area to register the information about the occurrence of the disaster using the terminal and the safety information of the victim; and a z unit 104 for monitoring a response from the terminal 20 and identifying the terminal 20 which does transmit the safety information within a predetermined time after the unit 102 transmits the registration request information. The unit 102 re-transmits registration request information to the identified terminal 20.
