PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine easily attachable/detachable and replaceable in a game island of game facilities. SOLUTION: A through hole part 11h is formed in the upper face of a cabinet member, and a fixing apparatus 100 is mounted to the lower part of the through hole part 11h. The fixing apparatus 100 comprises a fixing member 110 slidably supported to a base member 101 to allow a tip engaging part 115 to project and recede from the through hole part 11h; an operating member 120 rotatably supported to the base member 101; a spring 130 stretched between the fixing member 110 and the operating member 120 to transmit operating force; and a lock mechanism 140 engaged with a lock groove 121a in the operating member 120 to regulate the rotation of the operating member 120. When the operating member 120 is rotationally operated to lock the rotation by the lock mechanism 140, a cabinet is fixed in a state of energizing the fixing member 110 upward by the resilience of the spring 130.
