PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device heating, softening, and insulating the heat of a temporary stopping in a dental care. SOLUTION: A body 1 is provided with an electric heater 6, a thermoregulator 3, a power switch 4, and a power cord 5 and a columnar metal 7 with high heat conduction is mounted on the heater 6. Then, a metal tube 8 easily detached and having high heat conduction is attached to the columnar metal 7 and a cover 2 easily detachable and having a hole is mounted on the upper part.
