A building construction concrete or wall structure has an anchorage fitting which is a steel plug inserted into a pre-drilled hole. The plug is a non self-tapping tube open at both ends and with a helical outer profile. The tube cavity is linked with the tube outer surface by a number of apertures distributed along the surface, through which a bonding agent is injected. The bonding agent spreads along the trough between the helical profiles.
