<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance electrically conductive roll having a conductive foamed rubber layer, fine in foaming cell, thin in cell wall and low in hardness. <P>SOLUTION: The electrically conductive roll has the electrically conductive foamed rubber layer made of foamed rubber contains components A to H where 4 to 12 w/t parts of the component B is compounded for 100 w/t parts of the component A and 0.5 to 5 w/t parts of the component nC is compounded for 10 w/t parts of the component B. Components A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are an ethylene propylene diene rubber, an azodicarbonamide foaming agent, an urea foaming auxiliary, a thiazole vulcanization accelerator, a dithiocarbamate vulcanization accelerator, a thiourea vulcanization accelerator, sulfer, and carbon black respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
