<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract modification system for consumer finance highly convenient for its members. <P>SOLUTION: When a member 1 inputs registration items necessary for contract modification together with ID (Identification) and a password via the Internet 2, an administrative department 4 of a consumer financier 3 extracts data on the member 1 from a database 5. An examination on the contract modification is executed based on the extracted data. When the modification of contract description is permitted as the result of the examination, the department 4 determines a modified contract, informs the member 1 of the conclusion of the modified contract via the Internet 2, and then sends the member 1 a duplicate of an application for the contract modification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
