PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation member decreasing the probability of coming off from a ventilation housing, and to provide the ventilation housing or the like using the ventilation member.

SOLUTION: The ventilation member contains a ventilation film 4 through which gas passing through an opening 8 is permeated while being fixed to the opening 8 of the housing 7, moreover contains a support 2 having a supporting part 2a supporting the ventilation film 4 and an insertion part 2b to be inserted into the opening 8 of the housing 7, and at least the insertion starting side of the insertion part 2b is plurally divided along a circumferential direction. The insertion part 2b contains a plurality of foot parts 2c on at least the insertion starting side, and at least one foot part 2h preferably contains a locking part 2c.
