<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic tag system for easily transferring a part of an existing document to an electronic tag. <P>SOLUTION: When designation of an upper part of a desktop, which is displayed on a display means, is detected as a copy transfer destination by a copy transfer operation on second data being data in a designated range among first data displayed on the display means by performing a first program on a computer having at least the display means, a window as the electronic tag is displayed on a designated position as the copy transfer destination on the desk top.
