<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform, especially white garment, working clothes, cutter shirt, undershirt and operating gown, comprising a hygroscopic synthetic fiber with high whiteness having flame retardancy, antifungal properties and also excellent processability, further improved in whiteness compared to a conventional product and excellent in color stability of seldom changing color even if repeating bleaching treatment in a dyeing process and washing. <P>SOLUTION: The uniform has ≥10 wt.% of saturation moisture absorption coefficient in 20°C65%RH, and L*85 and more and a*±6 of whiteness in a notation described in JIS-Z-8729 and also on at least part thereof, the hygroscopic synthetic fiber having L*85 and more and a*±6 in the notation described in the same standard, of whiteness of fiber after being washed five times by JIS-L0217-103 method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
