<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system which measures weight of a vehicle in the middle of travel in real time, calculates output driving force during traveling by an operation control meter loaded on a vehicle in real time and can record it in the operation control meter with a lapse of time even if an expensive load cell is not fitted to the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the operation control system, the operation control meter 1 in which data on vehicle speed required for operation control are recorded with time is loaded on the vehicle 2. A barometer 12 is disposed in the vehicle, and characteristic data on a fuel injection time for the vehicle 2 and output driving force of the vehicle are stored in the operation control meter 1. An operation is performed in the operation control meter 1 by using characteristic data, and speed, acceleration and slope of a road face, which are obtained when the vehicle 2 travels on the road face, and a formula of F<SB>veh</SB>=A+BV+CV<SP>2</SP>+m(dV/dt+sinθ) (F<SB>veh</SB>:output driving force of vehicle, A, B and C: constants peculiar to vehicles, V: vehicle speed, m:vehicle weight andθ: slope of road).
