PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of electrophotography and an electrophotographic image forming device in which a high sensitivity and a low remaining potential are realized. SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor including a phtarocyanine compound in a photoconductive layer is discharged by irradiating the electrophotographic photoreceptor with fluorescent light.
