PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color toner for developing electrostatic charge images, which makes images glossy and is superior in color reproducibility and is superior in low-temperature fixability and anti-offsetting property even in a fixing method having a fixing roll not coated with release oil or coated with a very small amount of release oil and is superior in transferability, durability, stability of charging against humidity, and crushability. SOLUTION: The color toner for developing electrostatic charge images contains at least colorants, resins, and wax, and a polyester resin (A) having crystallinity and at least two other kinds of resins (a resin (B) and a resin (C)) are contained as the resins, and resins and wax are incompatible with each other, and the resins mutually have an insular phase separation structure, and the phase separation structure has the resin (C) dispersed like islands in the sea-like resin (B) of a continuous phase, and wax is substantially involved in the insular resin (C).
