PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a performance is lowered by thinning in a conventional twofold type mobile telephone. SOLUTION: In the twofold type mobile telephone in which a first casing 110 and a second casing 120 are connected to close inner principal surfaces face to face, an opening angle formed from an inner surface of a virtual plane orthogonal with a direction of strongest directivity of an audio signal of a speaker and an inner face of a plane including a ground plate 115 is held larger than 165°by temporarily fixing a fixed mechanism, and the virtual plane is substantially the same as or parallel with a plane including an audio output plane 122 of the speaker and a display screen 121 for displaying information.
