PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multimedia title management apparatus which links hyper-video data besides information provided through conventional WWW to store it so that hyper-video data can be reproduced by starting a reproducing means for hyper-video and can reproduce the stored hyper-video data with a simple procedure of only selecting a link part as in the same way as the conventional reproducing procedure for monomedia data. SOLUTION: The multimedia title management apparatus includes WWW service part 130 for managing scenario data including information about a material list that constitutes multimedia titles and including reproduction control information about a reproduction means corresponding to the data types of the materials, time reproduciton position and reproduction time. A hyper-video data reproducing means 124 reads title data and performs various initialixinh operations based on the read title file, and then performs reproduction operation over the hyper-video until all scenario reproduction is completed or an input of reproduction completion is received.
