PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the security of a fire wall due to the increase of the number of ports whose access is permitted. SOLUTION: Repeater systems are arranged at both sides of a fire wall, and connections are established between the repeater systems. Then, the connections of applications are integrated by relaying application packets on the established connections so that the number of port numbers whose access is permitted to be set in the fire wall can be reduced.
