PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the operation of a motor for driving an unbalanced weight. SOLUTION: A prize ball detection switch 8 and an upper tank switch 3 provided at a prize ball pay-out system comprising an upper tank 1, a lower tank 2 and a prize ball delivery mechanism 17, are used as a downstream detecting means and an upstream detecting means for controlling the drive and stop of a vibrator device 4 for dissolving a ball jam in the lower tank 2. When no game ball exists downstream although the game balls exist upstream of the lower tank 2 provided with the vibrator device 4, a determining means determines the occurrence of the ball jam, and a vibration starting means vibrates the vibrator device 4 for a prescribed time. The vibrator device 4 is controlled when necessary while the game is carried out, to dissolve the ball jam. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
