PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin family foam sheet suitable for heat insulation of a metal roof, having enough pressure sensitive adhesive force to perform folding without trouble in sticking a pressure sensitive adhesive foam sheet to a metal plate and folding the same, and facilitating knocking in separating the foam sheet from the metal plate. SOLUTION: The skin strength of the pressure sensitive adhesive surface of the foam sheet is 700 kPA or more, and the pressure sensitive adhesive force of the pressure sensitive adhesive surface to the metal plate and the pressure sensitive adhesive own back is 0.5N/cm or less.
