PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with an attic storage section capable of improving the convenience of an attic space (attic storage space) and, at the same time, safely, comfortably and effectively using it. SOLUTION: The attic storage section is constructed in the building, and in the building having the height lower than 1.4 m from the floor surface of the attic storage section to the ceiling and a floor area of the attic storage section smaller than 1/2 of the floor area of an installation floor, it is so constituted that a direct stairs connected to the attic storage section is provided to the installation floor of the attic storage section.
