PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and a mounting method for a sash with shutter of good appearance, in which sash with shutter can be mounted or demounted without depending upon a scaffold, the cost of the mounting works of which can be reduced and in which the sash can be mounted or demounted safely. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the sash with shutter in which a main frame body 1, to which upper-lower frames and a vertical frame are framed in a square shape, is installed to the opening section A of an exterior wall 5 for a building while a shutter box section 3 for housing the shutter 80 is secured to the upper section of the main frame body 1, An auxiliary frame body 1 in which upper-lower auxiliary frames and a vertical auxiliary frame are framed in the square shape is fitted and fixed to the opening section A from the outdoor side, the main frame body 1 is installed in the opening section A from the indoor side while being fixed to the auxiliary frame body 10 from the indoor side, and the shutter box section 3 is mounted to the opening section A from the indoor side while being fixed to the auxiliary frame body 10 from the indoor side.
