<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating an organization table in which a worker and the date of operation do not have to be determined again even if maintenance work or the like of the month is carried forward to next month after the next month's schedule table has been prepared, a provisional worker and a scheduled data and time of visit next month can automatically be reflected, a time required to decide the worker and the date and time of work of uncompleted work can be reduced, and the necessity for reporting any changes and confusion or the like occurring to a visited party can be eliminated as there is no change in the date and time of work even if an advance notice has been made to a scheduled client of next month. <P>SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a device 33 for reflecting a next month provisional visiting worker/scheduled date and time of visit which, if uncompleted work result data are transmitted from a portable terminal PC, retrieves a section plan database 23 and reflects the provisional worker to visit and the scheduled date and time of visit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
