IC CARD, AND INLET SHEET SUPPORT AND CORE SHEETS USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which is fusion-bonded by hot pressing with excellent adhesiveness between respective layers, and also to provide an inlet sheet support and core sheets to be used for the IC card.

SOLUTION: The IC card is formed by arranging the core sheets on the both surfaces of the inlet sheet where an IC chip connected to antennas is mounted and hot pressing them. The inlet sheet support is a laminated body having the outermost layer. The outermost layer of the support and the outermost layer of the core sheet at the side of the inlet sheet are formed of the same kind of resin composition. Preferably, the same kind of resin composition is substantially an amorphous aromatic polyester resin composition. The inlet sheet support and the core sheets are the sheets to be used for the IC card, and their outermost layers are formed of the same kind of resin composition.
