<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an un sealing device and a packaging container in which a container tap can be easily opened at its seal part and a superior drink port sectional surface can be attained. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an unsealing device for a beverage container having, at its top wall, a drink port covered by a pull-tab and protected by an inner film. The pull-tab comprises a substantially undeformed cover 4 and a holding part 5 held at the time of unsealing the container. The cover 4 breaks the inner film with the end part of the drink port 2 substantially in a uniform force without deforming the cover 4 of the pull-tab as the holding part 5 is pulled up when the container is unsealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
