<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength selective cutoff filter device which effectively functions even when high-output light is cut off. <P>SOLUTION: The wavelength selective cutoff filter device is equipped with a housing 5, a a dielectric multi-layered film filter 23 which is arranged in the housing 5 and splits light entering the housing 5 into passing light included in a desired wavelength band and cutoff light not included in the desired wavelength band, 1st projecting means 3 and 25 of projecting the passing light to outside the housing 5, 2nd projecting means 17 and 21 which are provided separately from the 1st projecting means 3 and 25 and project the cut off light to outside the housing 5, and an attenuating means 27 which is arranged outside the housing 5 while optically coupled with the 2nd projecting means 17 and 21 and attenuates the cutoff light light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
