摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calibrating a color imaging apparatus that is enhanced to more simply obtain a sharp image with high resolution. SOLUTION: The color imaging apparatus having: an optical lens (2); a color decomposing means (3) for decomposing light through the optical lens (2) into a plurality of color components; a plurality of imaging means (4) for converting optical images decomposed into each color into an electric signal; and a correction means (8) for correcting a deviation between output signals as to each color of the imaging means caused by color aberration of the optical lens, uses a plurality of light emission means (1) for respectively emitting the light with a wavelength corresponding to each color component of at least the color decomposing means and calibrates an image output by each color component through the emission of light from a plurality of the light emission means. Since the output of each imaging means can individually be calibrated, images with a plurality of color gamut can be composed with furthermore higher accuracy by excluding the adverse effect due to the color aberration of the lens.
