PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable insulated DC-DC converter where there is no such fear that the control is stopped while a MOSFET for synchronous control is kept turned on and a secondary LC circuit causes a resonance, resulting in destruction of the MOSFET for synchronous control. SOLUTION: In the insulated DC-DC converter which has a transformer (T1) for voltage conversion and controls transistors (M1-M4) for driving the primary coil of the transformer and transistors (M5 and M6) for synchronous control with a common circuit (20), the above-mentioned common control circuit is arranged on the secondary side of the transformer, and not primary grounding potential (GND1) but secondary grounding potential (GND2) is given to operate it, and the primary transistors are supplied with control signals via an insulated signal transmission means.
