PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna distributing system capable of easily setting a plurality of indoor antennas. SOLUTION: This antenna distributing system 10 is provided with base station devices 101a to 101c for transmitting and receiving signals through a cable communication line with a switching station 20, composite distributors 102a to 102d for distributing the signals received by the base station devices 101a to 101c, and for compounding signals to be transmitted by the base station devices 101a to 101c to the switching station 20, and composite couplers 103a to 103m connected to the composite distributors 102a to 102d for branching signals distributed by the composite distributors 102a to 102d to antennas 104a to 104m for a mobile station, and for transmitting the signals outputted by the antennas 104a to 104m for the mobile station to the composite distributors 102a to 102d. The loss characteristics of the composite couplers 103a to 103m are set so that the antenna outputs of the antennas 104a to 104m for the mobile station can be turned to be predetermined values.
