PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, an incoming call control method, and an incoming call control system which can avoid a disadvantage of an incoming call receiver by an outgoing call. SOLUTION: When recognizing an incoming call through a communication portion 6, a control unit 123 refers various IDs stored in a data storing portion 14 to determine whether or not there is an ID which match with an incoming telephone number, according to an incoming call determination program 133. If there is no corresponding ID in the data storing portion 14, the control unit 123 transmits an off-hook signal to a transmitting source as a response signal according to a transmission control program 134. Thus, if the transmitting source receives the off-hook signal, the same state as the case where a line is connected to an incoming call destination occurs, and the cost of the connection is charged, whereby an act of making a prank call is suppressed.
