PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station capable of warranting the communication quality that is a requirement of a wireless terminal for each terminal type. SOLUTION: The wireless base station 1 stores a preset maximum subscribed number of terminals for each of terminal type of wireless terminals and manages the present subscribed number of terminals for each terminal type. The wireless terminal 2 transmits a request message for request of subscription to a wireless network to the wireless base station 2. Upon the receipt of the request message, the wireless base station 1 discriminates acceptance / rejection of the wireless terminal 2 subscribing to the wireless network on the basis of the maximum subscribed number of terminals and the present subscribed number of terminals corresponding to the terminal type of the wireless terminal 2 transmitting the request message and returns a reply message denoting a result of discrimination to the wireless terminal 2.
