PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a hermetic outdoor apparatus, grouping a circulation path for circulating air in a housing into one system. SOLUTION: A cooling structure comprises a fan unit 6 placed in a hermetic structured housing 1 for cooling the heating parts 2, 3 by making the air circulate in the housing 1 through one-system circulation path; heat exchange evaporators 4, 5 placed in the circulation path for cooling air circulating in the circulation path; and heat exchange condensers 7, 8 for condensing the refrigerant vaporized by the heat exchange evaporators 4, 5 and circulating them to the heat exchange evaporators 4, 5. Because the air, circulated to the heat exchange evaporators 4, 5, without passing through the heating part 2, 3, will not be mixed with the air at high temperatures, after cooling the heating part 2, 3, the amount of heat exchange energy is increased, to improve the cooling efficiency.
