PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electronic part that can attain the miniaturization of an outer diameter. SOLUTION: The rotary electronic part is constituted by mounting a handle 110 for the rotary electronic part installed as a separate part from an operating type object 50 for the rotary electronic part to cover the upper part of the operating type object 50, so as to be rotatable integrally with the operating type object 50. Openings 51, 111 are provided in the respective center of the operating type object 50 and handle 110 to provide a space for inserting other members, and a push-button 100 and a double pressing switch mechanism part 30 pressed by the push-button 100 are enclosed in the space.
