PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional method is unusable in a system where a restart address and a vector area of an interruption are same chip. SOLUTION: This program boot system is so formed that a memory module in which a jump instruction dual addressed to a same address and having an extraordinarily superior drive capability is written is attached to a flash memory developed in a restart address, an output of the flash memory is invalidated by the drive capability in the restart, the jump instruction to a write program of the flash is read and then, the dual addressing to the flash memory area is stopped to perform normal access to the flash memory and enable the writing to the flash memory.
