PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope in which a microscope main body can be reduced in thermal deformation due to the heat of a power source and a back panel can be prevented from being heated. SOLUTION: In the microscope with the power source 11 for supplying electric power to a lamp house 70 incorporated in the microscope main body 10, a heat sink 16 is fitted to the power source 11 contained in the microscope main body 10 and air holes are formed at upper and lower parts of the microscope main body 10 vertically across the heat sink.
