PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide chip preferably used for a reaction container for inspecting ecology-related substances using DNA microarrays. SOLUTION: The reaction container comprises an upper container half body having an upper well; a lower container half body having a lower well and a channel; and a slide chip 140 arranged between the upper and lower container half bodies. The slide chip 140 comprises a solid phase carrier 131; an upper support member 144 being laminated to the upper side of the solid phase carrier 131; and a lower support member 146 being laminated to the lower side of the solid phase carrier 131. The upper and lower support members 144 and 146 have upper and lower opening sections 145 and 147, respectively, and the upper opening section 145 is smaller than the lower opening section 147.
