PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the closing work of a supply port of a liquid supply device with small power. SOLUTION: This liquid supply device accommodated inside of an equipment body and supplying the liquid to the equipment body in accordance with the operation of the equipment, comprises a tank part 12 having the supply port 44, a supply port cap 301 for closing the supply port 44, and a supply port cap base 506 for opening and closing the supply port 44 by being rotated on a shaft 308 fixed to the tank part 12, and the supply port cap 301 is flexibly supported by a supply port cap base 506 to change the inclination to the supply port cap base 506.
