PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing equipment and a refrigerant charging method for the freezing equipment, capable of attaining shortening of a term of installation construction. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 includes a vapor compression type main refrigerant circuit 10 and a foreign material seizing device 31. The main refrigerant circuit 10 includes a compressor 21, a use side heat exchanger 52, a heating source side heat exchanger 24, and a liquid side refrigerant circuit 11 connecting the use side heat exchanger 52 to the heating source side heat exchanger 24. The foreign material seizing device 31 is installed on the liquid side refrigerant circuit 11 and can seize a noncondensable gas contained in a cooling medium. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
