PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-like elastic part capable of previously specifying which of two members this rubber-like elastic part is deposited on and enhancing workability of re-working work or the like, in the rubber-like elastic part clamped and used between the two members opposed to each other without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: In the rubber-like elastic part clamped and used between the two members opposed to each other without using the adhesive, a deposition member specifying structure is provided such that when the two members are left from each other, the rubber-like elastic part is always separated from one member and deposited on the other member. As the deposition member specifying structure, it is preferable that a contact area of the rubber-like elastic part against one member is made smaller than that against the other member, that a surface treatment part comprising a matte treatment is provided on a contact surface of the rubber-like elastic part against one member and that a projection-like spring part exhibiting a spring effect by elastically pressing it to one member is provided.
