PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a fastening member when unexpected large driving force acts on an annular member fastened on a shaft member by the fastening member. SOLUTION: This drive torque transmission includes a shaft member 10 having a engagement hole 12 formed in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction, the annular member 20 having a through hole 26 formed in a radial direction aligning to the engagement hole 12 and fitted to the shaft member, and the fastening member 30 engaging with the engagement hole 12 of the shaft member at one end part and capable of contacting an inner wall surface 25 of the through hole of the annular member with another end part and fastening the annular member to the shaft member relatively rotatably and immovably. A gap between the inner wall surface 25 of the through hole 26 and an outer surface 34a of another end part 34 of the fastening member 30 in a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction is the smallest in a inner circumference side 41a of the through hole.
