摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuation control device for a fluid pressure cylinder capable of stopping and accelerating/decelerating a moving element coupled to the fluid pressure cylinder at any position. SOLUTION: A flow rate controlling valve 11 driving a valve element adjusting the flow rate of first hydraulic oil is provided in a supplying/discharging passage 5s of a hydraulic cylinder 2 driving the moving element 1 to reciprocate. Flow rate adjusting valves 14a, 14b are provided in supplying/discharging passages 13a, 13b supplying second hydraulic oil into cylinders 12 in both front and rear sides of the piston 10. Supplying of the hydraulic oil to the supplying passages 13a, 13b is switched by a switching valve 15, the supplying amount of the second hydraulic oil into both front and rear sides of the piston 10 is established by the flow rate adjusting valves 14a, 14b. The valve element of the flow rate controlling valve 11 is driven, thereby enabling adjusting the flow rate of the first hydraulic oil in the supplying/discharging passages 5a of the hydraulic cylinder 2 at any position, and stopping and accelerating/decelerating the moving element 1 coupled to the hydraulic cylinder 2 at any position.
